Dana Broadway
Director of Business Development
Dana Broadway is the Director of Business Development at Great Kids, Inc. (GK) and a longtime member of the organization’s leadership team. Joining Great Kids as one of the first non-founding directors, Dana has played a central role in the organization’s growth, helping scale the team from five to more than 25 employees while building the internal structures and systems that support GK’s mission of creating and delivering high-quality products and services that strengthen families and caregivers.
During her tenure at Great Kids, Dana has founded and led the Product Development, Business Development, and Solutions Integration teams—each created under her leadership to meet emerging organizational needs. She worked closely with cross-functional teams and developers to envision and co-create Great Kids Connect, the organization’s custom data and CRM platform designed to align sales, partner experience, finance, and product data. This work has strengthened organizational alignment, improved decision-making, and deepened partnerships.
Before joining Great Kids, Dana spent several decades working in Early Childhood Education, including leadership roles in Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Her experience spans teaching, supervision, and administration, grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practice. She also served as a Federal Grant Proposal Reviewer, evaluating Head Start and Early Head Start applications nationwide, and has written several successful grant proposals throughout her 40-year career to support program growth, innovation, and sustainability.
Dana’s passion lies at the intersection of early childhood development, systems design, and organizational transformation. As a speaker, she helps leaders and organizations translate mission and research into coordinated action, offering practical insights on building teams, systems, and strategies that truly serve children, families, and the professionals who support them.

Jennifer Hayes
Director of Product
Jennifer Hayes is the Director of Product at Great Kids, Inc. (GK), where she leads the development of research-informed tools that help early childhood professionals strengthen families and improve child outcomes. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between developmental science and everyday practice—translating neuroscience, behavioral science, and implementation research into practical strategies that support caregiver-child relationships and prevent adversity before it begins.
With more than 15 years of experience working alongside home visiting and Head Start professionals, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the early childhood workforce. She began her career at Great Kids as a writer and developer and later co-led the publication of the Growing Great Kids Next Generation curriculum in 2020. Today, she provides strategic leadership for the organization’s product roadmap, guiding the development of scalable tools that equip professionals to strengthen caregiver capacity and promote healthy child development.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology and has expertise in strengths-based practice, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and child and family development. Her work centers on advancing prevention by helping professionals translate complex brain and behavior research into meaningful interactions with families.
She lives in Columbus, Georgia, with her husband and three children, and also serves as Board President of The Columbus Ballet, a nonprofit dedicated to youth development through the arts.

Esthela Navarro
Director of Partner Experience
Esthela is the Director of Partner Experience at Great Kids, Inc. (GK). She joined GK in 2015 as a Bilingual English and Spanish Trainer; in late 2019, she became part of the Leadership Team. She plays a vital role in helping GK fulfill its mission of creating and delivering high-quality products and services, while promoting optimal early childhood development through the implementation of evidence-based curricula to enhance program outcomes.
Before joining GK, Esthela spent 23 years working with community and government organizations that serve children, youth, and families. Her work and advocacy include providing resources and support to victims of domestic violence, managing services for adolescent behavioral health cases, and promoting child abuse prevention through the Healthy Families Arizona home visiting program. Throughout her career, Esthela has taken on various roles, including resource specialist, advocate, home visitor, team leader, supervisor, quality assurance specialist, statewide coordinator, and director. In her work with families and children, she has learned that families need leaders who can guide, advocate, and serve with empathy and compassion across different family support services. As a result, one of her passions is mentoring other professionals by sharing her knowledge and experience to help them grow both professionally and personally.
Esthela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix. She is a translator of English and Spanish.
On a personal level, Esthela lives with her family in Southern Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to learn about different cultures and histories, exploring new places, trying new foods, and connecting with others. She also loves plants, gardening, and spin biking with friends.
