ImpactReady is a comprehensive quality and improvement framework designed for Program Administrators using Growing Great Kids Next Generation Prenatal to 36 Months to strengthen implementation, leadership capacity, and long-term sustainability of Great Kids practices. Through a structured process that includes targeted coaching sessions focused on fidelity, supervision, and systems integration, programs receive the guidance needed to move from basic implementation to sustained, high-quality practice.
