Train-the-Trainer
Great Kids, Inc. has worked with emerging and existing home visiting programs and state/provincial systems in the United States and Canada to enhance the development of exceptional service systems for new parents and their children.
Rather than providing a one-time, large scale "train the trainers" classroom type training, Great Kids, Inc. offers trainees a multi-step, individualized, hands on Mentoring program.
The Great Kids, Inc. Trainer Mentoring process to certify in-state/province trainers is unique. It provides individualized mentoring leading to GKI certification for trainer candidates selected by their state/province, allowing high quality training for in-state/province home visiting programs.
