Designed specifically for individual sites or states without quality assurance systems, this on-site technical assistance is intended to provide a strength-based, objective review of an individual program's strengths and areas for growth. The process includes a preview of program data, a 2-day site visit to talk with staff and review quality within program implementation, a strength-based overview of the visit with the program manager and others as desired, and a final written summary of the program's strengths in providing quality services to families, with specific practical suggestions for further development towards best practice.
