Experienced Early Childhood Educators, offering training to family and center-based childcare providers and/or preschool teachers, are invited to enroll in a 4-Day Growing Great Kids (GGK) Early Childhood Educators Train The Trainer Institute. This institute is focused on teaching skills that result in the provision of high quality, responsive, stimulating care & teaching practices.

Great Kids, Inc. offers busy educators customized solutions and graphically designed materials for conducting workshops and on-site coaching. Institute attendees will receive:

• 32 Growing Great Kids Infant-Toddler Trainer's Workshop Guides aimed at building the knowledge and skills in teachers/caregivers that result in them providing infants and toddlers early experiences that foster their social, emotional and intellectual development.
• 24 Growing Great Kids Preschoolers Trainer's Workshop Guides specific to fostering relationships with preschool-aged children that support self-regulation and social & emotional development, while laying the foundations for school success.
• More than 400 Graphically Designed Handouts for Teacher/Caregivers and Parents, accessible in electronic files for optimal reproduction convenience.
• Tools for cultivating strength-based and solution-focused relationships between teachers/caregivers and the parents of children in their care.
• Orientation to 6 Essential Caregiving/Teaching Skill Sets, easily embedded into daily routines and interactions with children birth to 5 years.
• Training tips for motivating preschool teachers/caregivers to build Protective Factors for the children in their care.
• Opportunities to interact with and learn from early Childhood Educators from across the United States and Canada.
